The Skynet Minigun VSB-95 is the high-end version of the RSB-80 and VSB-90. It is an improved Skynet plasma minigun with unlimited clip size. However, continuous fire will temporarily overheat the weapon. The weapon is usually used by a T-850 Infiltrator. It uses violet-colored plasma cells as ammunition.

- The RSB-80, VSB-90, and VSB-95, uses the same model and design similar to RBS-80, but their ammo is very different. However, the top-mounted magazine is not seen on RBS-80 in the film The Terminator due to different props are used. In addition, the functions of the VSB-95 are very different from both RSB-80 and VSB-90.
- It is based on the M2 Browning Water Cooled Machine Gun.
Notes for Players[]
- The weapon can be picked up from destroyed Terminators. However, the player must have "Weapons 5" skill activated in order to use it.
- The player must fire in controlled moderate bursts in order to avoid overheating the weapon.
- The earliest point the weapon can be picked up for free from a destroyed T-850 after the player kills it before reaching the empty room, where the central core is supposed to be, in the Old Griffith Observatory.
