The T2 - Resist is a sourcebook for The Terminator RPG. It explores the shape of the world in the post apocalyptic Dark Future... before the machines wore human flesh. It follows the early apocalypse, from 1997 to 2020, and looks at the global situation and the struggles of other nations. Not everyone fell on day one. Resist offers Directors inspiration for adventures outside the norm of Tech-Com and North America. To show how different places with different contexts might react to the apocalypse and where the horror of Judgment Day could see them crushed or urged on to great and valiant deeds....
It is the official roleplaying game sourcebook for the The Terminator RPG based on The Terminator 2: Judgment Day movie. This sourcebook expands upon the comic and cinematic universe from hardcore existing canon to create a living and breathing world with a multitude of possible and probable timelines.
Judgment Day dismantles the nuclear war models of the 1950s through the 1990s, taking into account Skynet's infiltration of US military systems and its initiation of World War III.
- North America presents the history of the United States
- Mexico tells of the very early days, when the United States fell and the survivors sought refuge across their southern border, and Skynet's ongoing effort to exterminate them.
- Canada explores Canada and the Resistance's use of the northern wilds of North America.
- Russia delves into MIR, the Spetsnaz, and how the apocalypse is being used to consolidate regional power.
- Spetsnaz Player Characters provides rules for creating Spetsnaz characters. It also includes new traits and rules for bionic limbs.
- Global Resistance provides details on the United Kingdom, Philippines, France, Ghana, Germany, Chile and Australasia. To best capture the regions, each one has been written by an author with local knowledge about the places in question.
- Europe goes deep into the French Tunnels and German Resistance.
- Africa explores Ghana and Skynet's invasion of Africa.

- This product was a result of the PDF unlocks during the T2 RPG Kickstarter Campaign unlocked during the campaign.[1]
- This book was originally announced during the Kickstarter campaign as T2 RPG: Resist. The beta version first sent to backers on November 2023 had a new cover with the new title.[1]
- This book continues detailing the timeline first shown in The Terminator RPG and the The T2 RPG Sourcebook. The license now covers the first two movies and the Dark Horse Comics. It is unclear if the T2 license also includes permission to include material from T2 related novels or comics, as no direct reference is made to this material.
- Although unlocked as part of the T2 RPG Kickstarter Campaign[1] the sourcebook develops the role of MIR so continues to include material derived from the original film and the Dark Horse Comics, which were included in the license for the Terminator RPG.
- This sourcebook takes a look at different parts of the world, and expands the world of The War Against the Machines to theatres of war that have not previously been explored in Terminator fiction.
