Can this even be considered cannon? I mean is this fan made or actually from someone involved with Terminator? Same goes with the Series 700. Note: I have seen the website where this information came from. - Heyann 16:52, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
- The T-400 and T-500 were in a game. The T-700 due to actual pictures of it, it's probably canon. - Terminator92
- It's fine to cite things from a game, but the material really needs to be sourced. Which game did it come from? --Kanamekun 18:29, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
- From Terminator: Dawn of Fate I think -Terminator92
- I don't mind sourcing from games, but as long as it is pure fan made, it's hard for me to see anything of it belong on this wiki. Ascaaear 21:06, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
- Does someone have access to "Dawn of Fate"? It'd be great to see if that source can back up the info in this article. If not, we should find another source to cite or delete the article. --Kanamekun 23:47, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
- http://youtube.com/watch?v=uH2kLept6wo This video showed info about the T-400 and T-500 and showed some screenshots of them from the game. --Terminator92
- I found a picture of T-400 (see Endoskeleton Discussion page) in case anyone wants to make a page for it. Also, "Though it (T-500) was set to read-only, it probably barely had some learning capabilities. It has hyper alloy armor and can do full human motions." Don't you think this sentence contradicts itself? Darth Raivon 18:10, 5 April 2008 (UTC)
- This information comes directly from the game's Threat Data section:
- Combat unit upgrade currently serving as the enemy's preferred soldier. An armored battle chassis makes it far more durable. Enhanced weapons are synched with acquisition AI for a highly dangerous threat.
- Should we update the page with only this information? - Nx1701g 06:40, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
Because the T-500 seems to appear in Dawn of Fate, the category of this article shouldn't be "Fan Fiction" (or at least add "Terminator series"), although the "References" (and so almost all information in the article) look like fan-made. -Wikicide 14:04, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
Canon or Fanon[]
Does any one known which parts of this article are canon and which is not? --TX55TALK 09:47, March 8, 2010 (UTC)
- I think most of it is fiction. I only recall the T-500 engaging in combat and had nothing unique about it in the game. - Nx1701g 21:48, March 9, 2010 (UTC)
- This is what the game says about it:
Description: Combat unit upgrade currently serving as the enemy's preferred soldier. An armored battle chassis makes it far more durable. Enhanced weapons are synched with acquisition AI for a highly dangerous threat. - Nx1701g 21:51, March 9, 2010 (UTC)
