July 25th[]

That's an interesting date for Judgment Day. It's my birthday. -Sec_1971 05:23, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

Yep, that was the date of J-Day in T3. The T-850 and the T-X arrived on July 24 and then the mayhem began. Though McG may be changing it in T5 to 2011 from what he's been saying in interviews. - Nx1701g 06:44, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
July 24th is Summer Glau's birthday, the 28th is mine. Spooky! -Grimace427 16:10, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

If McG really changes it to 2011 (which I hope), it may imply TS series is in a whole new timeline without T3 just like TSCC. --TX55TALK 13:21, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

TSCC[]

Why is this section marked out, even though it is an alternate timeline we should still have it either way.--T-888

Great point! I removed the strike tags... the section clearly states that it's from an alternate reality. --Kanamekun 14:24, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, thanks for that man. --T-888

Cities[]

Can someone explain me the deal with the cities... why put them on if we don't have a cite? Ascaaear 04:22, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

I am pretty skeptical myself - I added the cite tag. But I tend to give articles a few days to settle down... if the citation isn't added by then, then we can cut the entire section. --Kanamekun 04:58, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
I think that it's time to eliminate the cities list. - Nx1701g 22:20, April 28, 2011 (UTC)
I think the list needs a clean up and a collapsable template to hide it. --TX55TALK 01:09, April 29, 2011 (UTC)
That's not a bad idea, I also noted additional cities were listed a couple of days ago. Which are the correct ones and which aren't? - Nx1701g 15:39, April 30, 2011 (UTC)
Okay, we should really decide on this old debate whether this list is relevant or not.--Gunman6 (talk) 22:51, December 9, 2015 (UTC)
I am fine with the list if it has a reliable citation or source. --TX55TALK 12:54, December 10, 2015 (UTC)
Terminator Salvation: Sand in the Gears had shown some other places on earth, that were destoryed. Some of the cities can referenced to that. Maybe some of the other places came from novels.Redwolf22 (talk) 16:53, March 30, 2017 (UTC)

Dates[]

I've noticed that some years are wiki-linked here and on other entries - like 1995. Some of these pages are condensed versions of the Timeline page. What do you think about wiki-linking years to specific sub-sections within the Timeline page? So for example, 1995 could link to here (the link doesn't work, but hopefully you get the idea): [1]

Whatcha think? --Kanamekun 05:14, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

Having both the timeline and separate year pages wouldn't hurt. -- Riffsyphon1024 06:08, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
Very good idea. I agree. So what do we do with the specific year-articles like 1995? I dont mind just deleting them, and use timeline instead. Are you thinking about using the date and year, like "April 19, 2011", or just the year? What about the date, what should we do about that?
Another thing, the same date and events are shown in several the timeline article, so I thought about we can use the first time the date occur in the timeline article? What you think?
Comment to Riffsyphon: We cant use both places as we only can link to one article. Ascaaear 06:22, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
Hey guys! Hmm, I'm not sure exactly how it would work. Now that I think about it, one problem is that the same year could appear in multiple timelines. I am going to have to brush up on my temporal mechanics haha! --Kanamekun 09:53, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
Well, we could use the date, and link to the first occurance of the date (not the year), or what? Ascaaear 14:31, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

20:11[]

Where does the specific time of 20:11 come from? There is no mention of the time in the quote given, "The Skynet missile defense system goes online April 19, 2011. Declares war on mankind and triggers a nuclear apocalypse two days later." I find it curious that the time is the same as the year. Is it possible that someone mistook the latter for the former? --Nike 00:05, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

I don't recall the time ever being mentioned and I rewatched the series on DVD over the Easter weekend. - Nx1701g 21:59, April 25, 2011 (UTC)

I think it would be better if the "cities destroyed" bit was categorized by continent or region. ````
