Who will die?[]

I wonder if the person that's going to be killed by Weaver is Ellison. Or is it just going to be an unlucky nobody Discipline 07:20, 24 January 2009 (UTC)

Who says "she" will die? Humperdink in The Princess Bride didn't die... -- Elwyn5150
Who says Weaver will kill someone? The way I understood the comment at the con, Weaver is one of the candidates for being killed. It can't be an unlucky nobody, because they said someone at this table was going to die. So we know it's one of the main cast. But yes, if Ellison is killed (and he's IMHO the best candidate, because he's a character that has reached the end of his arc, and would need either a new purpose or would need to be killed in a blaze of glory), I guess Weaver would be a good assassin, being close to him and the main villain. However, seeing how Weaver is trying to protect Henry Irons, and how she is being set up as being a mother like Sarah, it would be interesting to have her sacrifice herself for "Henry". Shirley Manson has said she hadn't had any scenes with Sarah or John yet, and I doubt we'd get her death without the two main protagonists, but she also said she had a few effects scenes left to do, and a final fight by weaver would definitely involve some effects, so maybe she's just trying to mislead us (and thus not spoil it). She's kind of my #2. Riley is also a good candidate, but I'm not sure she was on the board that day, so may not be on the list. -- Uliwitness 12:17, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

The Hospital Lockdown[]

Regarding Talon Svarog's comment that the lockdown prevented John from getting out: I doubt it was a total, military-style lockdown. It's a hospital, after all, and this is "just" a suicidal teenager. If they're really thorough, they would at most lock the exits save for a few important ones, post guards at access ramps and between floors etc. and maybe compare people against the general looks of Riley. I doubt it would even be legal to keep people from leaving the hospital if they're just visitors. In addition, he has Cameron with him, and getting past a cop at the doorway would probably be easy for the two. So I've taken the liberty to remove that item again. We can always bring it back from the history if anyone finds a book of hospital regulations that proves me wrong. -- Uliwitness 12:17, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

The Lego Robot names[]

Anyone here familiar with Lego's Bionicles? I didn't manage to make out the names, just guessed, and found no characters on the oficial site and Amazon whose names I'd pronounce like Garret Dillahunt did. Anyone with kids they can ask, maybe? -- Uliwitness 12:17, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

The names were probably made up for the show. Copyright issues and stuff. I don't think he specifically said they were Bionicles, anyway. Another copyright issue. There are hundreds of toy robot franchises out there. I didn't catch the whole speech, but boy he sure thought they were cool. -Sec_1971 14:49, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
Actually, while not really familiar with the whole stuff, I did recognize some of the names, like the "toa" and "Metro nui" from commercials, so I think they're really Bionicles. And why not? It's a great opportunity for product placement, I doubt Lego would take offense to a free paid advertisement on prime time TV -- Uliwitness 22:32, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
We do have a Bionicle Wiki on Wikia, I haven't had time to search it though. — JeiaraTalk 23:25, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

When I saw that episode, I was so pleased they got the info right on the right sets. I doubt it was promotion since LEGO is now focusing on the Gladtorans, not the Mistika. Cool reference though.
