The T-750 Series 700 Facilitator Unit, or T-750, also known as just "Facilitator", is a Terminator variant and a psychological experiment conducted by Skynet.^[1]

Specification[]

Facilitators are not combat units. They have a light titanium chassis and are covered in necrotizing skin.

One notable feature of T-750s is their experimental Adaptive Learning Software, which enables them to learn and extrapolate from interactive contact, comprehending human mannerisms and idiosyncrasies.^[1] Among the Terminator models, the Facilitators possess more autonomy than any previous iteration. The modified T-750 chip they have is a direct precursor to the Series 800 neural net processor. Notably, this chip is permanently set to Read/Write mode, enabling them to learn and even mimic empathy. According to survivors, this trait can be exploited to gain a T-750's trust and facilitate an escape.^[1]

Regarding physical appearance, the T-750s exhibit a broader range of diversity compared to the traditional infiltrator models. They often appear smaller, thinner, or overweight, distinguishing them from their lethal counterparts.^[1]

Mission Profile[]

The primary objective of Facilitators is to undermine human defiance and persuade individuals to accept their fate as instruments of Skynet. They are specifically designed to engage with captive humans in a seemingly sympathetic manner.

Advanced Projects[]

Facilitators fulfill crucial roles in executing some of Skynet's most advanced projects. One notable project is Project AX, conceived to study the human mind. As part of this initiative, humans were brought to secure lab facilities, placed within transparent tubes, and subjected to various techniques developed by the CIA. By studying the reactions of these individuals, Skynet ultimately learned to program them as unwitting spies.^[1]^[2]

Facilitators were also involved in creating reconstructed human villages populated by THETA hybrids. These villages aimed to mimic human society and serve as an attempt to reinvent the human race in a controlled and orderly fashion. Furthermore, Facilitators played a crucial role in manning Skynet's Temporal Displacement Equipment complexes, further showcasing their significance within the Skynet infrastructure.^[1]
