T-2018

T-2018 is a Terminator series developed by Skynet. It is a Humanoid Hunter Killer with an outer sheath shaped like a Snowman. This Jolly Joke manufactured by Skynet was never meant for infiltration purposes, but rather a cruel (and explosive!) mock against the Resistance. Their existence implies that Skynet does indeed have a deadly sense of humor to toy with humanity. It's "snow sheath" is capable of regenerating, as the outer layer is formed by it's technology emitting freezing temperatures, water and other chemicals.

Physical description[]

Poorly disguised as a typical grinning snowman, complete with a "carrot nose", a red scarf, coal eye(s) and an unknown Endoskeleton model inside the snow-shell missing it's bottom half. The T-2018 is also seen carrying a phased plasma minigun, seen in many Terminator Genisys media. They appear to never move their current position, yet are free to move their arms, torso and head at will, meaning their endoskeleton does not have any bipedal legs, but are still formed as lumps of snow, usually separated from their body.

T-2018 is released as part of the 2018 winter event campaign for the game Terminator Genisys: Future War. They were aggressors in the game that can be destroyed by players to earn crafting materials and other awards. It has never made another appearance since, but code is still left in the game's files.
It is still unknown how Skynet managed to produce the T-2018 with standard materials such as a carrot and a sown red scarf, however those too could either be artificial like the snow sheath, or as hinted, stolen materials from the Resistance such as crops and Resistance scarves.
This is the only aggressor created by Skynet in the game that has not been titled as hacked or "Gone Rogue", despite Skynet players were still able to participate in destroying this festive machine. The only other explanation would be how clans across the dimensions are made up of both Skynet and Resistance players, as the Terminator Genisys Future War consisted of thousands of factions.

Behind the Scene[]

Despite it's manufactured classification title, "2018" may be the date the Cruel Frosties were created, not to be mistaken as a more advanced unit, such as a successor to the T-1000 series.
