Detective Shiraki is a character in the Terminator Zero series.
History[]
In the police station break room, detectives Fujino and Shiraki watch a newscast about the four murdered officers until a policewoman informs them of a woman who witnessed it. The woman in question is revealed to be Misaki, who was with Kenta and Hiro. After the detectives introduce themselves to them, Fujino takes Misaki to an interview room, and Shiraki watches over Hiro and Kenta. He questions them about Misaki, like their relationship with her and where she comes from, though a red flag is raised when they answer that they don't know where she's from. This prompts Shiraki to do a background check on Misaki, and she learns that her records are not on file.[1]
Before Misaki could answer, noises from the corridor were heard, and Shiraki went to investigate them. He finds the dead bodies of his coworkers scattered across the area, and after finding the boys, he comes face to face with the Terminator. Shiraki fires his gun at him, but to no effect, and gets a bolt shot into his shoulder. He later has his chest kicked in and later dies after grabbing onto the Terminator's waist to allow Misaki and the boys to escape.[1]
Trivia[]
- Shiraki shares similarities with Hal Vukovich from the first Terminator film:
- Both of them are lean detectives.
- Both are killed in the line of duty by a T-800 but their deaths aren't shown on-screen.
- Both are partnered with an older and heftier detective.
