Sarah Connor is a main character who helps protect Dani Ramos from Rev 9 in Terminator: Dark Fate.
History

Sarah's history continues from The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
Sarah is the mother of John Connor, the leader of the Resistance against Skynet in an alternate future. Skynet sent a T-800 back to 1984 to kill Sarah before John was born, and John sent Kyle Reese back in time to protect her. The Terminator Skynet sent another Terminator, the T-1000, back to 1995 to kill 10-year-old John Connor; in the future, John sent a reprogrammed T-800 back in time to protect him. Terminator 2: Judgment Day These events result in Sarah, John, and the Terminator changing the future, and Skynet is not created.
