Sarah Connor is the mother of John Connor, a future leader of Resistance from a previous timeline before the destruction of the Cyberdyne Building.

History

Prior timeline: Sarah Connor§Terminator 2: Judgment Day

In 1998, when Sarah and John were at a bar in Livingston, Guatemala, one of the remaining T-800s sent back from the future successfully found them and terminated John. Terminator: Dark Fate

In the next nearly two decades, Sarah hunted down every Terminator sent back from the future whenever she received a mysterious text that gave her coordinate of the Time Bubble. Terminator: Dark Fate

In 2020, after she received another two text messages, she headed to the place where Grace Harper arrived. Grace's time bubble appeared in front of her car before falling from the bridge. Sarah began to think that she was clued into the fact that she changed the future, but it may not have worked the way she thought because these new things were coming back in and they were terrible.[1] Terminator: Dark Fate
