Developed by Skynet Research, the Search and Rescue Bot (SR-Bot) is capable of surgical search and rescue missions of humans in a variety of hostile environments. One "hand" uses a gripper clasp specifically designed for human comfort, while the other contains the jaws of life, an industrial saw blade and a Ti:sapphire-based chirped pulse amplification (CPA) laser that allows damaged material to be removed for fast recovery of survivors in any situation.[1]

- The SR-Bot shares similar design concept with T-1 as both are primitive robots featuring caterpillar track as lower bodies.
