Rigby is a United States Border Patrol official who worked at the State of Texas Detention and Processing Center in Laredo, Texas. In 2020, he visited Sarah Connor at the center's holding area to take her to a private holding cell, noting that the center rarely got famous people like Sarah. Grace pulls the fire alarm to create distraction. When Rigby attacks Sarah, she kicks his leg and grabs his tie, causing Rigby to get knocked down. Sarah then steals his gun and flees with Grace.

Rigby is a man around the 30s; tall, muscular and handsome. He has a shaved angular face, a small Adam's apple with brown eyes, brown parted hair. He wears an ironed white suit shirt with a half loosened black and gray striped tie over a white t-shirt. He wears ironed black pants, a black belt and polished black shoes.
