R420.B, also known as "Nurse Hatchet", was a Facilitator Series 750 Model 360 Version 3.4 dispatched to the past to ensure the passing of the Bellerophon Defense Bill.[1]

R420.B wasn't actually sent back in time to protect Senator Daron Summers, as the Resistance had thought. Its real mission was to terminate him instead. Disguised as a middle-aged woman, the T-750 arrived in Seattle on New Year’s Eve. The Terminator encountered Nurse Rachael Hatch during a smoke break at the hospital and killed her, taking her scrubs, ID badge, and passkey. It then proceeded to systematically search the hospital, going through each room and floor, looking for a visual match.[1]

R420.B, like other T-750s, was equipped with adaptive software that learned and extrapolated from its interactions with humans. This allowed it to better mimic human behavior. It was programmed for a more stealthy approach to assassination, aiming to kill Summers quietly and make it look like an accident.[1]
