Known types
- The T-800[1][4] and T-900[5] are powered by nuclear power cells.
- The T-800 and its variants are sometimes powered by an Iridium Power Cell.[6]
- The T-850 is powered by twin hydrogen fuel cells.[3]
- The I-950 is powered by biological fuel cell.[7]
