Jordon Cowan was a student at Campo de Cahuenga High School with John Connor and Cameron Phillips. She committed suicide in 2007 by jumping off the roof of her school after a series of Trompe-l'œil frescoes, depicting a silhouette of two persons kissing, was painted on the walls of the school. The images insinuate that something happened involving her, and she was afraid that her parents would found out about it after the graffiti started appearing. John tried to interfere with her suicide, but Cameron - with whom Jordon had a brief conversation shortly before - restrained him.
Jordon was born in 1992 and was a cheerleader at Campo de Cahuenga.
Immediately following the suicide, Jordon's name was displayed on a memorial website as Jordon Cowan. Some students who wrote grief notes referred her as Jordan, with an "A". What appears to be her last name, Cowan, was displayed on the memorial website. However, Mr. Harris, the grief counselor does refer to her as what sounds like Tallen.
Behind the Scenes
- Jordon was portrayed by Alessandra Torresani.
- In the DVD commentary for "The Turk" it is noted that the same stuntwoman who performs the high falls for Hayden Panetierre in Heroes (Nancy Thurston) was used in TSCC for Jordon. They also mention that they intentionally cast Jordon as a "Claire" look-alike to juxtapose their fragile cheerleader with the invulnerable one from Heroes.
- Jordon shares her last name with Cowan, a Resistance soldier featured in the novelization of Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Since the latter Cowan was seventeen years old in 2029 (making him five years old in 2007), and was in Los Angeles, it is possible that Jordon is his sister or cousin.
