Dakara Logo
Dakara Systems was a technology firm in Los Angeles. They were working to develop an Artificial intelligence called Emma. Sarah Connor grew interested in them because of their company logo — three dots — and stole several hard drives from the company in an effort to locate The Turk. Dakara systems is owned by Alex Akagi, and his son, Xander is the brains behind the company's flagship AI program.

- Dakara, in Japanese, means "therefore" (although it could be translated as "because" in some contexts) and their logo (∵) is a "because" symbol from mathematics.
