Cynthia Nolan was a female high school student attending Crest View High School in the fall of 1999, one of her classes was with Mr. Ferguson for chemistry, along with 21 other students including John Reese and Cameron Phillips. Cynthia was present when Cromartie attacked the class, trying to kill John Connor.

It was not made specifically clear if Cynthia was one of the people who saw Cromartie's leg, but it is likely she did as 19 of the 22 students have claimed seeing this, and that two of the 22 students were John and Cameron.
